Extra Space Storage — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

I usually don't leave reviews for businesses. However, the exceptional service I received from your employee, Joe, has warranted it. I am a new customer and Joe has made this a lovely experience thus far. He has assisted me on multiple occasions. Before I moved in, he demonstrated to me how the units, locks, and facility work. He helped me change units when I needed to and has made the process of moving so much easier for me. He also gave me his card and told me to contact him whenever I have an issue and need help in the future, which is much appreciated.

He truly goes above and beyond and treats customers with such great kindness. It is rare to find worker's who exhibit such excellence customer service like Joe and it is employees like Joe that make me continue to bring my business to certain companies.

As far as the facility, it is clean, the units are easily accessible, and the building seems very well guarded and safe. Additionally, I was shocked at how reasonably priced the units are! They are actually affordable, unlike many things these days. Outstanding!

I have recently rented a space at Extra Space Storage in Glen Head, NY. Even though I have clicked on the 5 stars available, I genuinely would like to give 10++ stars for the experience and service that Jeff and Joe have already extended to me. They have treated me like family from the moment that I walked in the door. I feel as if I’ve been welcomed into their home. I initially had a tour with Jeff so that I could make a well informed decision as to what size unit I would need, how to navigate the facility, along with him showing me the safety features that are in place, and answering every question that I had, etc., etc. When I finally rented, Joe took me to see my unit, explained additional options for future needs, showed me how to use the facilities app and how to open the electronic gate, etc., etc. I have never experienced such professional and kind service at a business. From the first time I called Life Storage Glen Head around two months ago and spoke with Jeff Post, I was assured that this facility was the right place to store my things. The location was perfect for me, but even more, the team of Jeff and Joe assured me that I would be in excellent hands – and my belongings would be safe and secure -- at this facility. Both Jeff and Joe were informative, helpful, and extremely kind, courteous, supportive and patient in understanding my storage needs. They both went above and beyond in offering their assistance. My expectations were completely exceeded. Furthermore, the facility itself is super clean and the security is state of the art. I have no reservation of recommending this facility for safe storage.
