GameStop — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

Hands down the best Gamestop I have ever been to. Crysta and Ryan went above and beyond when helping me locate what I was looking for. When we couldn't find it out in the floor they both went searching through the stock the back to make sure every possible option was provided to me. I have been to a lot of Gamestops and stores in general where the staff would rather be dismissive then go the extra mile for the customer. Better yet, when I came back two days later the manager told me if I let him know what else I was looking for he would keep his eye out and put them aside for me. I love this store as I have gotten my games and accessories through here! The store employees are with the whole gaming atmosphere but some are not 100% committed to the art and legacy of games like mwah!!!!!!! Being #1 in video games on XBOX has paid dividends going to this store as all the associates who've been there know who the immortal. When I walk through the door and i always feel appreciated over in this Gamestop store, nothing like it! The store has really "LEVELED UP" in inventory and it is like a museum going to this location. So its gets 5 stars due to this fact (Also always check your prices online to Gamestop just a hint) so it won't be game over...

I went to this GameStop today for a PlayStation 5 that they had in stock. The manger (I think his name was will) was at the door and letting in about 2 customers at a time for the PlayStation or the Xbox. He was very professional helpful and kept the customers entertained while customers like me were waiting outside in the cold. He kept the line orderly and nobody was arguing or fighting who was there first and etc. I will be returning to this GameStop again! Great customer service and...
