Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. My son just turned 3 years old, I gave my fiance our items & ran to the bathroom because he told me he had to go. Now, okay! The bathrooms are locked, there is an intercom- no answer, I went up to this hispanic lady Romana asked her over 10 times if she worked there, ignored me. She finally answered me & as my son is holding himself, jumping up and down having saying he has to go, she proceeds to tell me she won’t let me in the bathroom I have to wait for a supervisor…..? Excuse me!!!??? Minutes passed my son can’t hold it, she finally let me in? No apology, but if my son went on your floor, how would you feel.? I understand about doors locked in today’s generation. But seriously, I didn’t have a purse let alone a wallet. My son is literally crying have to use the bathroom. Carol the supervisor finally shows up, tells my fiance he is NOT ALLOWED to use the bathrooms for himself .
If no one is allowed in the bathroom, why are the bathrooms so disgusting covered in mold?
Carol the supervisor proceeds to tell me “you need to wait if I’m with a customer”, when a toddler needs to use the bathroom, you should not be keeping him waiting. I understand the locks, but not when you prevent a child to use the bathroom causing him to have an accident. And carol gives me the wrong corporate number.
Never have i experienced something like this. I worked in retail, it’s not an adult, it’s a child who clearly needed to use the bathroom AND PREVENTED THAT.
When you see a child in distress having to use the bathroom THEY SHOULD NOT BE PREVENTED TO USE IT. Especially when Romona LET ME IN BEFORE CAROL THE SUPERVISOR GOT THERE.

Read moreWent to store today located in Massapequa. Had some kids clothes to return ( they grew it out before wearing, tags attached) summer styles. Hopefully to get a merchandise credit since it passes 30 days. Didn’t not wanted money back ! Was about to shop for bigger sizes today as well. But I got a weird reaction from a manager ( young girl) she told me that the policy of the store is to return items only with a receipt . I cut my receipts after a while always. I wouldn’t if I knew it . Cuz it’s too much and wallet looks full. I had that done before so I had no idea it’s a problem. I went to that store for years. But manager told me it’s not possible because of their policy and showed me that rule right infront of me on the counter top ( or what ever you call it ) that RULE was there as well as the one that says - you CAN RETURN WITHOUT a receipt and you will get MERCHANDISE CREDIT. And when I point that to her she got very aggressive and rude. She asked me who helped me last time I was there like a cashier name ?!?! I don’t know anyone names there .🤦🏻♀️I had no clue I had to ask for names couple months ago when purchasing and that person had to tell me - THE RULE OF HAVING RECEIPT IS THE ONLY WAY . She processed my return and gave me a store credit eventually, it took us 35 min or so . Unnecessary stress and time . Will show a picture of the policy that was right infront of me. So now I will keep my receipts of course . Just in case kids won’t get to use clothes. I never take off tags till it’s time to wear . What do you do with small sizes? I won’t throw it away . I don’t have friends with kids that can use them so makes sense to bring back to store...
Read moreI'm giving it 4 stars because the elevator doesn't work and there wasn't a sign posted 'Out of order'. I waited for 5 minutes before realizing it doesn't work, I had a cart full of items and I couldn't use the escalator. The manager on duty is great I'm not sure of his name I know he's Jamaican. He made the return I had really smooth and effortless even though it was past the 30 day return mark. I've been to other locations and they give you such a hassle if it's over 30 days. Great managerial skills and I will return to that location because it's close to where I work. From one Jamaican to the next "thank you bredren 🇯🇲".
