This is actually the worst experience I encountered on my full house renovation. False promises and lies to get the business. Missing pieces that were “expedited” and still not received, delayed install bc of missing pieces. On top of it apparently the design team isn’t trained that the general rule of thumb for boards in a wall is 16 inches so when purchasing 24 inch cabinets they had to remove my sheet rock and add boards to the wall. They’re in store charge me an extra $4000 to remove the sheet rock and fix the boards because 16 inches apart was apparently not OK. Spoke with customer service multiple times and was advised there’s nothing they can do. They can’t return the cabinets they can’t issue any type of refund or do anything about it and my missing cabinets are on the way. I would not recommend them if you want anything to happen smoothly. Even if it doesn’t go smoothly their customer service department does not care. They’re too busy defending themselves and saying there’s “nothing they can do” they advised me they didn’t know about the issue in my wall, and I should’ve called them before paying it. I contacted them twice and it’s noted in my account about the issue with the wall and no one called me back. I can’t wait days/weeks for someone to call me back to deal with issues when I have no kitchen. Horrible!
Update: after wren responded to please email so they can help, they still have not responded to my email. It will be two weeks tomorrow since I was supposed to have my install and they still don’t have a single cabinet hung. They had sent the rent inspector out to make sure my kitchen was ready to go which he came and verified I’m good to go with getting my cabinet hung. And now I have an install date of possibly November 20. Possibly sooner someone will get back to me. I have no kitchen still for now another 2 weeks.
Update: almost 3 weeks later I still don’t have all the doors or shelves to my cabinets!!! Also when I told customer service I was disputing part of the charge since I didn’t get the lights etc installed they said that’s fine we already got out money!!! No one has reached out after asking me to...
Read moreI am not happy with my experience with Wren Kitchens. I have a pro account and will not be recommending anyone use Wren. I'd like to detail my experience and the problems that I have had so far.
-The email states that the customer will be notified within an hour of delivery, I was never contacted, the movers just showed up. -A lazy susan was missing from my order, it took 3 business days and multiple follow ups to resolve this problem. I was being told that someone would reach out by the end of the day and they repeatedly did not. Two cabinets also came damaged. -The Wren delivery team damaged two of our walls. When reaching out to fill out a claim form I was sent someone else's claim form, fully filled out. I have this person's personal information, their name, email, home address, how much was spent on their order. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Nyla apologized for her mistake. -I was told that If I sent photographs of the crown molding unopened, that $539.64 would be refunded back to my account. I have not received any confirmation after sending the photographs. -We reached out to Wren for installation guides, I was told they would be sent that day but didn't receive them. I had to follow up the next day and was sent the directions later on, delaying the project. This meant I had to move the date for the countertop template measurements, pushing the entire project back. -I was working with Lenora Castello in the Massapequa showroom and after selling us the kitchen, she really has not been any help. When reaching out for help, one department transfers you to another department and dealing with one person, turns into dealing with four different people. It's total chaos.

When i came in she was great took my order set everything up as soon as i signed contract she dissapered to another location and stopped answering emails and kept telling me to call customer service .she also switched my order (colors,cooktop ,measurements ) without telling me i had to find out the hard way when everything got delivered i realized counter top was diiferent color and measurements were way off centered .also cooktop was not what i ordered !!I trusted her because i figured i emailed her what i want and thats what will be in contract !How am i supposed to remember names or measuremnts of items !After i complained i was told i signed contract and agreed to what i got delivered !!!She contract frauded me and put wrong items just to make a sale and get rid of items that were not selling without me knowing!!.Thank god i saved emails of what i ordered after hiring a lawyer to prove and to write a letter to owner of wren thats when they got shook and finally made it right !Also i thought i would be in piece of mind i hired there installers and they sent couple guys that did not know how to install a refridgerator panel that i payed extra for.i was told by lenora they will install refrigertor panel !!!I had to pay my contractor extra to put panel .also i had to make complaint then they finally sent someone good at the end to finish my kitchen installation!
