I highly recommend iPhone Repair Long Island!!! After many unsuccessful hours of dealing with Apple Support Technicians, I was told that I needed to restore my phone, which meant that I would lose 2 and 1/2 years worth of photos, videos, and memories. Not wanting to lose hope, I went to see Eric at iPhone Repair LI. After taking a look at my phone, he reassured me that he could get my pictures back. True to his word, he called the next day with great news!! I am still in disbelief that I have all my photos back and can't believe that if I would have listened to Apple Support, they would have been gone forever. I can not thank Eric enough. He even took the time to educate me on backing up my phone so that this never happens again....

Although the Massapequa and Syosset locations have the same owner, I was quoted a higher price for a repair at the Massapequa location. I spoke to an employee there who told me they would match the other store's price. After driving to the store I was told I had to pay more at the Massapequa location because of my phone's color.
