This place is such a disappointment. I wanted to like it because the staff was sweet, but after a couple tries, I decided it wasn’t a good match. I like dramatically-decorated stiletto nails. When I asked them to do something relatively simple, the design was sloppy and the shape was completely wrong. I don’t know how many times I can say “can you make them sharper and pointier?” before it becomes a lost cause, you know? There are so many nail salons on the island so most of them are good at the basic stuff that a majority of people like. And I accept that.

So if you like acrylic/gel rather than sns powder or just regular polish, skip this place. If you like fancy designs/embellishments, skip it. If you like unique shapes, especially stiletto, skip it. They are very sweet but they are not good at the “fun stuff” (which is what I like...

I used to go to this nail salon only every once in awhile but recently this has become my go-to spot. The owner is very nice and accommodating and the all of the nail techs who have done my powder gel always pay close attention to detail. Normally I don't prefer to be touched in the manicure chair but if James is working, accept the massage - it's out of this world. When using the scrub brush during the pedicure, the girl put so much pressure on it, she broke skin in 2 places on my foot causing me to bleed. She got it to stop bleeding by pouring polish remover on it, which of course burned like hell. But then went ahead and denied doing it. Saying that those scrapes were there. Unbelievable.
