Michaels — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

Some of the cashiers need to be trained a little better. We were told to ring up a tree and if the paper was in the slot they had it in stock. Well.. we waited on line to pay and surprise surprise they didnt have it in stock. I will say this, tho, besides not taking out the slips for trees when they are sold out, the guy who was in charge of bringing up the trees was ontop of it. He tried to find us another tree and make calls even tho the store was packed. I'm a little claustrophobic, so I won't be returning, but I know...
