The food is okay and that's an overstatement. Let's talk about their service though. The manager clearly have never had any phone etiquette training, she basically told me I couldn't afford the food, when I was trying to pay with my credit card. She first told me she could not charge me for the 12 dollars which was my part of the bill. She told me she would only be able to charge the entire amount which was 40 dollars to my card which I obviously was not authorizing. Especially after the delivery guy already took our money. After ten minutes of her telling me, "I'm making your problem our problem" she finally said she would charge my card by separating the salad onto another tab. I was amazed that she could do the so- called "impossible". Her dishonest and greedy attitude is so disgusting, that it made me lose my appetite. Gross ! Should have stayed home and warm up a can of dog food … would have been better ! Not happy here ! Probably the biggest rip off of the area.

There does not seem to be a place to respond to what the manager said so here it is. Firstly, we waited more than 45 minutes to get our food. Then more importantly, the food was uneatable, and nothing like described on the menu. I ordered the risotto of the day and I was served boiled rice in starchy water with no seasoning whatsoever. Do you even know what a risotto is, and how it is made? My guest ordered rigatoni vodka with breaded chicken. Is al denté a part of your vocabulary? I called in an order tonight and was very disappointed with the service and quality of food. My order was taken by someone very unsure of their own menu. I ordered an eggplant vodka panini and a large order of fries. I also ordered a chicken panini and made it very clear that this was for someone with a severe dairy allergy. We were told that it would be ready in 20 min, but it wasn’t ready when we arrived 30 min after calling. We waited 20 more minutes for them to make two small servings of soggy fries. The pricing also did not reflect the prices listed online and was more expensive than expected.
