The first time I came, I was helped by Oz. He pulled me into a private room, examined everything I had, weighed it, explained what it was I had, their value, and gave a generous sum for it all. He was so kind and professional and I couldn't thank him enough. The second time I went, I was helped by Vijay. For some reason, from the moment i came in, it felt like me being there was an inconvenience for him. He briefly examined what i had, but for the things he offered to take, he did not tell me what i had, he did not weigh anything, and he even told me something i had was not silver when i confirmed with multiple sources that it was. He offered a very low sum for the items, just off the top of his head, keeping me in the dark the whole time. Was very shady, unprofessional, and i feel like i probably got screwed over. The entire process left a bad taste in my mouth, and i can only assume he handled me this way because he was suspicious of me (which there was no reason for), considering that many other reviews of him are positive.
