HORRIBLE ! Do not let them touch your phone !!!! Got my iphone7 screen fixed on Sunday,I called before I came and asked how much he said 100$. I get there he says 129.99 saying I said iPhone 6, when I repeated myself on the phone to make sure. I get there & they said 15 min. I come back and my screen isn't on completely he says to me I want to do make sure you wanted me to finish before I put it all the way on hands me the phone and the touch ID isn't working blames it on me saying it's the same home button he didn't do anything it's not his fault . & i usually go to wireless shack in Deer Park, it was closed at the time, so I go there a few days later to have them put a new screen on for $100 and my phone is back to normal I don't know what they did but even the phone sensitivity was off before I went and got it fixed by the right people. They told me that they were having trouble finding the part but they finally found it recently and would have it fixed within 3 days so I patiently waited for their call for a whole week and still no phone call. After getting tired of waiting I called them again, they tell me sorry “we ordered the wrong part again” then continue to say I don’t think we can fix this laptop can u please come pick it up. The man behind the counter persuaded me into buying a case. He put the case on himself applying excessive force cracking the screen at the top near the camera. I didn't notice until a day later. I go in recipt in hand and explain the situation to a different employee. He barely looked up from his own cell phone as I attempted to talk to him. After belittling me and assuring me that it was something I did as opposed to a possible fault of his coworker, the man wanted me to pay another 80$ to get it fixed again. After I had already spent over 150$ at his kiosk already. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Not at all worth the stress or aggrivation.
