Phoenix Eastern Medicine Center — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

I had posted the below review some time ago. I was treated today 5/31/2024and shockingly there is nothing i would change about that review, they are fabulous!! I am updating it where necessary.

If you’re looking for a place with skilled practitioners and caring staff that care about the whole person this is the place for you! I’ve been coming to the PEMC for over 7 years now and my initial review still stands. You will not find a better facility for your medical needs! Dr. Lee and Dr Dae are skilled practitioners who carefully assess you and then treat you accordingly. I still get sick but not to the degree that I once did. They treat the whole person and are always willing to listen to new signs & symptoms I have. They are flexible to take me in when I am having a difficult day. Their staff is the most kind compassionate and helpful individuals you will ever find. There are not enough accolades I can think of to say how truly thankful I am for The Phoenix Eastern Medicine Center! Even my western doctors see a difference in my blood work and the severity of my flares which have lessened over the years. If you suffer from any autoimmune problems, asthma, chronic sinus issues/infections, Fibromyalgia, back issues, hip issues, this is the place for you! The PEMC has given me part of a life back that I never thought I’d have again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Lee, Dr. Dae and the rest of the staff.

Acupuncture has been very beneficial for me - physically and mentally. The staff at Phoenix Eastern Medicine Center take the time to truly get to know each client and their unique needs. Dr Lee is wonderful! She was very attentive, listened to my issues, and thoughtfully customized the acupuncture sessions for me. She explained why I was going through what I was feeling, and took her time trying to cater my treatment specifically to me. When I leave the office, I feel like a new person. I’ve been getting acupuncture at Phoenix for the last few months. The staff and practitioners are the best! They are friendly, professional and caring. My practitioner, Dae, is very knowledgeable. Each visit we review how I’m feeling both physically and mentally, and Dae tailors each session to fit my specific needs for that week. He really is an awesome person. The facility is relaxing, beautiful and very clean. I always leave there feeling completely relaxed and renewed.
