Went there last Tuesday to buy my wife chocolate and the lady at the register who was training a new associate kept sneezing and was really sick and the next day I start getting itch in my throat and now for the past 3 days I been having congestion, stuffiness, signur infection and body chills, I work from home so I never leave the house expect to get my wife chocolate on this Tuesday from wall greens and I called the store team lead manager on Friday to advise the store clerk was sneezing no stop when I was making my purchase and I advised her now I am sick very survier, the store team leader is aware the employee is sick and advised if the employee don't have sick time they still have to come to work and it's up to them to wear a name, all I ask is to have more consideration for other humans beings and if your sick don't go around making other people sick become more aware then you after other in this world as well and hope this message will open your staff to be considerate for other humans after going threw the COVID pandemics.    Read moreWaited on line for 15-20 minutes with only 1 customer ahead of me. Cashier said he was told by manager he couldn’t ring anyone up until she got change for the register . Manager never came back. By that time there were about 10+ customers on the line, some ran over to photos to get waited on. Then one customer sees a woman in photos behind the cashier doing nothing and found out she was the manager! When told there was a huge line of people in front waiting forever for her to bring change to the poor cashier guy, she yelled across the room to him “that’s not what I told you”. NO APOLOGIES TO CUSTOMERS, no adding another cashier at that point, she didn’t even walk over to the front to offer assistance of any kind. Very rude and unprofessional!    Read moreThe pharmacy workers were unprofessional and rude. I switched insurances in the new year and wanted to give them the information to refill my monthly Rx. I was hung up on three separate times. When I called back to express my frustration the worker at the desk said the phones were broken. It took me 40 minutes to get them my new health insurance info. They mentioned the insurance only covered 1 so I gave a good rx code for the one not covered. Then when I spoke with a different worker she had said that my insurance actually did cover both and wouldn’t need the good rx code.
