Wash - n - Rinse — Local services in Town of Parma

It is conveniently located, right here, in the scenic village of Hilton. I don't go often & I am very pleased, that they don't close @ night. Another, cool thing about Viv's; they had a working change machine! SOMETIMES it can be such a pain in butt; trying to buy quarters, @ night, from stores, so having the change machine can be a luxury, that we can all make good use of. Somethings that I wasn't particularly happy with, were the prices of the large machines & that every single, large washer had a place where you COULD add fabric softener, however, every fabric softener slot in every machine, was filled with, what I'm guessing is, water. Didn't know how to get the slot to empty, so I couldn't use the softener slot & had to purchase Bounce sheets, from the vending machine, inside of Viv's. I believe it cost $1.00 & had two sheets inside of the box, so I had to buy more than one box. I could see 50¢ a box, but more than that...no. There is one more thing I wanted to say about Viv's, is that the dryers, leave weird marks, on our clothing. The pattern of the dryer walls, gets imprinted onto shirts, jackets, pants, black socks. Usually just darker clothes, so far. I wish I could say, this was a one time deal, but it has happened EVERYTIME I have gone there. I would like to reiterate; I do NOT go there often. Maybe, just a few times a year. Oh, & my daughter would like me to add: she thought they should have wifi or @ least outlets, so people can charge...

This place is so old and outdated tried both to self wash and automated wash and I was so disappointed. The self-wash, I tried to use the brush and no soap came out, just water I contacted the owner and he acted like it was no big deal. As a business owner I think you should care a little bit more of what's going on at your car wash and not give me an attitude when I ask for a refund, still haven't gotten it's been over 2 months. And the automated car wash, even with the top tier wash it's terrible, no real strong water pressure, the soap just kind dribbles, the dryers I can't even call them dryers your car comes out completely soaking wet. I would give zero Stars if I could but unfortunately Google makes me put in one this place...

I lost money and called guy sounded nice and told me how to leave my contact info, I did. Never received my money back. All in all its a little place not much around it but a catfish which is the same property. The top loaders are funny a few finish washing very fast and some go thru a decent wash cycle. The dryers work good , no problems there. The is NO bathroom, with is very inconvenient, and they want you to stay with the laundry which only half of the people do. You can always find cloths in the machines without anyone around, normally the people are pretty good about getting back to take care of their laundry. All in all a good place to spend a few hours , they have an internet connection there but it's not...
