Everything about this salon was poor.

Making the initial appointment took 4 days, via text because they didn't answer their phone. I arrived at my scheduled time slot, and I waited outside for over 20 minutes while the previous client finished up. I would have liked to reschedule but couldn't because of their policy. When I got in the chair, I was there for almost 3 hours for a removal and a new classic set. A week after the appointment, I had a bold spot due to the lashes falling out. I attempted to schedule a removal on January 26th. Today is the 2nd of February and I still have not been able to make the appointment.

I have been here for a pedicure, with Brianna, and today with Amanda for a facial, everyone should treat themselves to any one of the services that Lash Out offers, services were above and beyond, excellent procedures. The facility is clean, neat, very personal care. Your care is the only thing they are concerned with. The appointments are great, no wait, no interruptions, YOU are their priority.
