LOFT — Local services in Town of Poughkeepsie

Normally when I shop at a Loft store a sales person will ask if I want them to start a dressing room for me. This one let me wander the store holding many items, even tho there were only 3 people shopping including me. I was offered this assistance on my 2nd trip to try on items. Check out was a mess. First I was repremanded by the woman because I asked if there was an additional % off. She told me not to be so impatient ...she wasn't done yet. Well, she still messes up and didn't give me the additional % off for using my Loft card on the 1st Tuesday of the month. This created a situation of having to get a mgr.
