I had a terrible experience in this store, I have a baby and at the moment I felt happy that I coludo find exclusive clothes in this store based on what I saw from the outside. when entering there the two people in a very obvious and disrespectful way they looked at me like this one, and I clearly felt how they denigrated me and they did not make the minimum attempt to give me a service, I asked for 18-24 months clothes and making unpleasant gestures with her hand she told me everywhere. maybe I did not have the appearance of a Jewess but I did have money to buy what I would like for my daughter. Placed a order online called five minutes later to cancel and they charged already a cancelation fee and when I asked them why it's only a few minutes, they were very nasty and said this is the policy that it says on our website and we cant help you. Also there return policy is only for store credit and the store credit that you receive you can't use for items that can only be returned for store credit so basically a confusing way of saying that if you return you're item for credit you will lose the item and get credit that you cant use...
