Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Town of Riverhead

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I had in a while. Had I not really wanted the item, I would not have spent my money here. The checkout process was chaotic as customers who were walking up to the register were being checked out before others who had been waiting. While trying to provide feedback to the manager on duty to help improve the process for others, she walked away while I was in mid-sentence in order to answer the phone and completely dismissed me. 15 minutes later she came over and I began to tell her that her dismissing me was more humiliating than being ignored while waiting in line to pay. She tried to explain herself and apologize, but it was only after I explained I would be providing feedback about my experience. If possible, shop online and avoid the chaos and lack of organization...

Express is good store and they have a large variety of cloths and other accessories for all ages. Right now they are offering extra discount on almost everything. The reason i gave 3 star, because they have only two cash register working and they have a very big line of shoppers. I noticed they have extra staff also to help them on register, but they don't called them, the reason i don't know why. I have to wait 35 minutes to pay...

Usually like my experiences in Express stores but this location was different. Still great deals on clothing that I like yet the staff was uninterested in their customers (not just me) but as you looked around you could tell that if someone had a question, it was an inconvenience for them. I made purchases on this visit but I did question if it was worth standing in line for the 10-15 minutes with only 1 person in front of me...
