A family member tried to return items at the location that she purchased 2 days prior. The employee refused to return items, telling her the items smelled! It was Christmas Eve and the store was busy, with a long line. It was completely mortifying for the family member! The items were unworn, purchased 2 days prior and were sitting in the car! Not quite sure where they got off stating they smelled! The employee then started adding insult to injury, asking her 4-5 times if she “maybe washed them.” The tags were still on! The manager got involved and also refused return. We do not have the name of employees however it was 2:30 on Christmas Eve. This entire experience is insulting, inappropriate, and uncalled for.
