Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Riverhead

This place is nice and all, staff is good as well. But my main issue is that they don’t accept coupons and offers from the rewards app they offer. I had a coupon where you get any size drink free with purchase, and was told in store that they didn’t accept that. So I decided to try a mobile order, and turns out I have to pay with a gift card for 10$

(I ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso and a cookie and it came out 12$ at that location).

This is easily the worst Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to. It’s one of the few franchised locations and it’s painfully obvious by the poorly trained staff and overpriced items (everything is about $2 more here than other Starbucks locations). I’m not going to comment on the staff issues because there is clearly a management problem here, no fault of the baristas.

I asked for an iced Americano, they gave it to me hot so I asked for it iced. The lady took it behind the counter, poured my hot drink over ice and said "it's iced" and giggled to her coworker. She then handed me a luke-warm, watered down drink with a few small ice cubes left floating in it.
