Saks OFF 5TH — Local services in Town of Riverhead

The store has a good selection of products, but my main issue is with the cashiers working there. Unfortunately, every time I visit, I’m attended by a rude, unprofessional woman who refuses to give me her name. She is a short, thin blonde woman, and her behavior is utterly unacceptable. She is always impatient, constantly in a bad mood, and consistently treats me with blatant disrespect.

Today, December 23rd, I came to the store to exchange a product but couldn’t proceed because I didn’t have the receipt. Instead of explaining this politely, she started raising her voice at me and then left me standing at the counter, completely ignored. Her attitude was humiliating and uncalled for.

To make matters worse, the store manager is no better—equally unfriendly and unhelpful. This creates a toxic, hostile environment that makes the shopping experience unbearable. On top of everything, I cannot ignore the clear discrimination I face for not being American. I don’t know why this staff hasn’t been fired yet. These employees, especially the rude blonde woman, are destroying the reputation of this store.

Such discriminatory behavior is inexcusable, and I sincerely hope action is taken to address this issue. No customer should have to endure this kind...

The selection is good here, but there was a petite blonde lady helping us today who was SO RUDE to both me and my husband for separate inquiries. (So it wasn’t personal which might be worse IDK.) Her delivery of simple information was unnecessarily combative. She is the kind of horrid customer service person parodied in sketch comedy. She made me not want to purchase anything. However, there is a very helpful and nice black gentleman who works there too and he has helped me on more than one occasion that is just lovely. If it wasn’t for him, I would avoid this location because of the rude lady. No one needs...

The shift manager is rude and extremely racist. My husband came to the door to pass the credit card to me -he was already waving the card and I was approaching the door but she interfered in the middle in a hasty manner. She shoved my husband out of the store and snatched the card before doing so. Her excuse she was concerned for the safety of the store. It’s a couple with a small baby - relax lady. My husband and I both tried reasoning with her. She didn’t apologize neither cared about our business and walked away.

Please hire better people @saks off...
