Be wary, I went to purchase a bag at this store and the model I wanted the employee Daisy was not able to locate a tag on. She had her coworker go check the back to see if they had any with a tag and she couldn’t find any. So I offered to pick a different bag if they couldn’t find the tag and she insisted she would take care of it. All of a sudden she says she found the tag and its buried inside so her coworker will just read her the code and she’d type it in, with a very weird grin on her face. So we pay and she puts it in a shopping bag and passes it to me as the store was getting ready to close. After getting home I dug around the bag (its a small model) and could not locate a tag anywhere at all. I looked up the model only to find that it was missing a key thats meant to be attached and used to unlock the padlock on the bag.    Read morePoor customer service. I went into Michael kors planning on buying two watches for myself and walked out with none. I walked in with sweatpants and a hoodie like a normal customer. They didn’t greet us nor did they ask me for any assistance. I was standing over the watches with my mom and friend for about 20 minutes waiting while six of their workers was standing next to us talking about who is cleaning what for COVID. Not a problem, but after they finished the discussion none of them offered to help. Then when we spoke to the manager the manger didn’t help either. Instead of trying to solve the problem he took the side of the associates and started arguing with us saying that, “ we looked like we was in the line.” They continued by arguing with us saying that it’s our fault because we never asked for help with the watches.    Read moreThe manager at the MK cloth store (not the handbag store) is very disrespectful! I bought a cloth at other Tanger outlet and tried to return at this store. The manager refused for a refund because she claim this is a clearance. I asked how could she tell it's a clearance because the receipt doesn't show any sign of final sales. The manager gave a very ridiculous reason saying because the price is too low. She didn't even scan the receipt before making such decision. The store where I originally bought this did tell me I can return for a full refund within 30 days. This manager just ask me to go back to that store and fight with them. Now I know why there is always such sentence in the term 'the store reserves the right of final explanation'! They decide what count as violating the terms. Time to get rid of this brand...
