Im a generous customer. I gave them three chances to correct themselves with the rotten chicken and expired butter in the cooler. Went there to get boneless chicken thighs Monday, and they were rotten by Tuesday evening. Shame on you! The chicken was rotten again!!! This was after I addressed spoiled food with the disrespectful bigshot son owner. You should close the doors and open a foot parifin there. My gf and her bff Kelly (Canadian super model) would go. My child would have been yammying bigtime if i made the Milanese Chicken dish that night. I'm never going here again! They are disrespectful to me and overcharge as well. Going to super market from now on for fresh quality meats. I will also pay more at the supermarket for all of my dry pantry...

First time visit today. I wanted to try their roast beef and I also decided to grab a couple of subs for our dinner tonight. While the roast beef itself was fantastic, the actual sub sandwiches were....much less than that. Someone up above in one of the comments said 'best subs in the Capital Region.' I can only assume they were 'making a funny' because truly, as seen in the photo below, that is a joke. Sals used to be a great place to go. The customer service the last couple times has been very bad. Today my husband went to get some items and saw a new item. He was going to buy it to try and was told it was not for sale even thought it was in showcase. My husband then asked why it would be out in the case if not for sale and the man behind the counter got very rude and threw a bag at my husband down the counter and Said fine it will be $50.00.
