Walked into Nichols Discount Liquor 15 minutes before closing. Yes you were closing soon but you should still be greeting every customers as you would your first customer of the day, not making them feel like they shouldn’t be there. I was greeted with unwelcoming stares and laughter as the 2 employees and a customer were just in the middle of talking about last minute customers when I walked in.
