Very disappointed! I ordered metal for my roof. The employee we were working with did a horrible job and continued to make numerous mistakes such as not measuring right. He forgot a section for the front of the house and when he ordered that section(that we had to pay for) he ordered from a different place and it was a different color. It was then re-ordered from the original place and it matched! YES they did pay for that to try and make up for it, BUT We were short a sheet of metal on the front after it was reordered and there were 6 extra sheets ordered for the garage that WE originally paid for! So to me it really wasn’t free metal bc those 6 extra sheets made up for the FREE metal and the mistake the employee made! The employee told me that he had no idea when I would get that sheet missing for the front of the house bc the company doesn’t just cut off a single sheet. And in the mean time my insurance wants to drop me bc my roof wasn’t getting done. So bc we were on time limit and with all the problems we experienced we had to spend the extra money to hire someone to finish and try and fix it so my insurance wouldn’t drop me! The guys we hired did what they could with what they had. We also found that there was a side on the back of the garage that the edging was never ordered. We had to stagger left over pieces and it looks horrible. My father who was the one who started placing the metal continued to go to the store to talk to someone about all the problems and nothing was ever done!
