My parents and I are visiting the Finger Lakes region and wandered in for dinner on a Wednesday evening. The place was completely empty, which was a little disheartening, but we sat and ordered anyway after smelling pizzas coming out of the oven. I ordered the chicken riggies, pasta with chicken and hot peppers in vodka sauce, my mother got eggplant parmigiana, and my dad ordered a lasagna pizza, which was topped with meatballs, ricotta, and mozzarella. Before my meal arrived, I was told I could visit the salad bar. The bar was lackluster but the items on it, though not plentiful, were fresh. The server next brought a plateful of fantastic garlic knots. They were light, fluffy, and buttery. When our meals arrived, we were all surprised at the huge portions! We all enjoyed our dinners (and had plenty leftover for tomorrow’s lunch.) The waitstaff was friendly and courteous, the restaurant was clean, but it was rather dark and in need of updating inside. (Side note: Eventually more customers did arrive, and many pizzas went out the door while we were there.) Overall, we were quite pleased with our meals and thought they were a great value for the huge, yummy portions!

They were out of the food I ordered (Lobster Ravioli) so I said I would do the seafood pasta. The rude lady who answered the phone said I’d have to pay the delivery driver $7 in cash for the charge…It’s my not fault youre out of it and didn’t take it off the online order option? And when I ordered cheese ravioli as the THIRD CHOICE this is what they served me…. For $17. They should have made it right and gave me the second choice with no charge. Won’t eat here again. My order was over $130….i just spoke to the other people in our group & the garlic knots were burnt, the pasta had no sauce for the shrimp scampi (it was so dry). I won’t spend a bunch of money for bad food. Edited to add: Someone named Frank called me about this review, tried to argue with me and did not apologize. He offered to send more sauce for the scampi…. We already decided it was inedible and ordered food from somewhere else so we could have a good dinner. When I told him this, he just said have a good night and hung up. So unprofessional. I would definitely try to eat somewhere else if you can….

We had a sausage pizza and medium sauce wings. Wings were cooked the way we like them, crispy. Adequate amount of sauce without drowning the wings. Pizza was good. They use fresh sausage, good quality cheese, sauce was nice, and the crust was light and tender.

It started out when I called to place my order, greeted with just "hello", no idea fif I called the right number.. and was put on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up and called back. I placed my order and was told 25 to 30 minutes. I arrived within a few minutes of that and the young girl at the register was pleasant, I told her about being on hold that's why I was so early. Another woman, older and obviously a chip on her shoulder, very much the epitome of a nightmare manager, was up front as well, and clearly who had answered the phone and put me on hold a bit earlier.. I paid the young girl and went to the table to wait. During that time I saw money laying on a prep table in the back.. maybe tips or whatever, unsanitary. The older woman was not hospitable in the least, and I'm guessing she's a manager or owner, something higher up throwing her weight around. She burned a couple slices of pepperoni pizza and tossed them. Then she grabs 2 slices of cheese off the counter and brings them to the back to add toppings to them to heat up for an order. I thought that was strange. It was a bad atmosphere. I'd never want to stay at the restaurant to eat. The staff seemed pretty unhappy, the manager lady scolded te young girl when she was at the register in front of everyone. On top of the place being pretty dirty... Finger prints all over the glass, dirt and mud all over the floors and in the corners, caked on. The booths were covered in dust, etc. The 20oz bottles of soda on the soda fountain were so old and covered in greasy dust they wouldn't have been recognizable if they didn't have the labels on them. They were so old the cherry pepsi was on it's way to being translucent and all the others were just as bad. At this point I just want to get the food, kind of, and get out of there. Eventually the order is brought up.. sitting on a counter, and I waited and finally the cook from the back asked if I had been helped and I said my order was just brought up and we're ready to go.. he asked if I'd paid and I said yes, but I forgot to ask for sauce for the chicken tenders and wanted to know if they had BBQ. He said you already paid, I said yes, and he said he couldn't just give it to me I have to pay for it. So I said forget it and left. As far as the food quality, the onion rings were cooked a little too long which makes them much more greasy than they needed to be, and the chicken tenders had some very tough bites of the actual chicken tendon still inside. The ham and cheese calzone was great, but I don't know if that's enough to ever go back. I stopped going to this restaurant a couple years ago because the food changed for the worst, and I ordered delivery a lot and always waited like 1.5 to 2 hours for it to be delivered cold, which is why I did a pickup tonight. I don't think I'm going to give it another shot. Very sad because it used to be my favorite restaurant for over 30 years now I don't think I would bother using a gift card if it was given to me.. the atmosphere was that bad. The new owners/ management seem like they don't have time for you and almost like you're an inconvenience them, but more importantly I didn't like the way the place just was uncomfortable and the staff...

Sorry to say but this would be a prime candidate for Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. We had been to Parker's before, and just wanted to try something different. We thought hey let's give this place a try, it looked OK from the outside. We were so so wrong. We seated ourselves, and the waitress was nice enough. (Though we did have to prompt for drink refills...pay closer attention!) The whole restaurant needs to be refurbished. The booths are sticky, walls and ceiling look like they could have mold. Oh, and I had to lift the women's bathroom door into place, as it wasn't aligned properly, so that I could lock it. Not to mention the actual state of the bathroom...disgusting. My husband's fork bent in half eating his calzone. The silverware felt like it came from a yard sale and was 30 years old. Now let's get to the food...I ordered a dinner so the salad bar was included. Poor excuse for a salad bar. Nothing seemed fresh, the pastas salads looked old. Also the dressings weren't labeled...which might not seem like a big deal, but the white creamy dressing I took which I thought was Caesar, was definitely not. I actually have no idea what it was supposed to be. It tasted rancid. Garlic knots were just ok, tasted synthetic or like plastic. More garlic with your garlic knots please...not just oil! For dinner, my husband ordered a pepperoni calzone. It was decent, nothing to write home about. French fries were also just middle of the road. Clearly frozen. The biggest letdown of the entire meal was my dinner. I ordered broccoli and shrimp over pasta in a white wine garlic sauce. What I got was frozen broccoli and shrimp with overcooked angel hair, in what tasted like a chicken soup broth. White wine garlic sauce should have some thickness and body to it, so as to adhere to the pasta and other ingredients. It was literally like I was having a bowl of chicken soup. And so overly salty as well. My plate of frozen processed food was not worth $15. We took a risk that did not pay off. We will stick to...

The prices on the menu are NOT the actual prices. They just have signs saying that the prices are different, so you have to ask for the price of each item on the menu. I guess paying $20 per menu to update the menus are too expensive for a restaurant.... When I was with my whole family, the person did not check on us at all. We had to get up to get her attention to bring us refills, take our plates, ect. The food was ok, but overpriced. It was just the lowest quality 'restaurant' I have ever been to. I would recommend going to fast food over this place.

--(edit)-- Response from the owner: "Dear costumer Im sorry for disappointing you cause of prices, but if prices go up for us we have to charge costumer as well in our limit If prices are a concern you should check before place an order but i can assure you that you still going to pay less vs our competitors for better food and quality Thank you"

To Owner: I have been to Olive Garden; It does have better food and is roughly the same price or cheaper. We should NOT have to check for prices on every available item before placing an order. It should be clearly displayed on every menu for everyone to see. The food is not trash, but does not takes good for the price. If this offends you, I'm sorry. I just don't think that the food is worth my money I spend hours working for. I definitely do not recommend and will not be coming back, and I suggest everyone else do the same until these...
