Perfect Pair Hospitality — Restaurant in Town of Seneca Falls

Everything was out of this world - seriously blew our minds! My husband had BBQ ribs & chicken, mac-n-cheese, and a corn muffin. The ribs were fall off the bone, melt in your mouth delicious. The sauce had all the right balance, sweet, smoky, tangy, & thick. Mac-n-cheese clearly homemade with love, creamy & delicious. And the cornbread follows suit. I had the crab cakes w/ rice pilaf & remoulade. Let me tell you, those cakes were perfect. Melt in your mouth, the sauce leveled the whole plate up, but they honestly could stand on their own. Then,,,, then we tried the homemade bread pudding which was made from their homemade pound cake. They even whipped up homemade whipped cream for a topping. A new small combination bakery and BBQ takeout place. Currently serving breakfast and lunch, with dinners coming soon. So far we've only gone there once, but plan on going back a lot. The menu is small, just one page, with (I think) daily specials. The Pulled Pork Quesadilla was very good, as well as the Brisket, Egg and Cheese Wrap with Breakfast Potatoes (breakfast special). Their cheesecake is delicious, and they even make their own marshmallows in-house. Been back two more times now, and both meal were fabulous! Their Saturday Night "Meat and Potatoes" Brisket was fork tender and delicious. The Pork Ribs are fall off the bone tender with a great bbq sauce. The bakery side is just as good. Both versions of oatmeal cookies - apple caramel and raisin, are very good. But, for me the strawberry marshmallows...

We were on a road trip when we decided to search Google for nearby restaurants in upstate New York, and were pleasantly shocked to find a place with a clean 5-star rating. And my GOODNESS did Perfect Pair live up to it. A cozy, family-friendly atmosphere, extremely warm and friendly ownership and service, and absolutely PHENOMENAL food.

I had the Perfect Potato, which is undoubtedly the best baked potato I've ever had due to rich and tender pulled pork and a perfectly spiced redeye gravy, as well as the bread pudding, which I was delighted to learn was made using French toast and served with an allspice-scented maple syrup.
