Terrible experience. I’ve done business with them once & it was fine till today we went all the way out there just for them to close before 5. The owner was being rude he barely showed interest in us trying to buy and made sure we knew he didn’t care to hear that we had done business with him before. He also didn’t help as much and didn’t give me enough time to shop. I asked the worker if i still had time she said yes and the owner corrected her and said “actually we’re closing at 4:30 today” when online it said they closed at 5 & when he had said that it was 4:27 so he gave me basically no time to shop 3 minutes wasn’t realistic especially because i was looking for a necklace and earrings but he was just trying to kick us out. I visited this location en route to a holiday dinner in Westchester, NY; in hopes of a quick battery change for my wife's mid-tier luxury Swiss watch (MSRP $2,650). In my haste to get back onto the road, both the fresh gouge on the Case Back and lack of movement from the Seconds Hand went unnoticed. Later that week I grabbed my multimeter, opened the case back; lo and behold, it was the original, still dead, Swiss made Renata battery. I phoned D’Ore to disclose the discovered still dead battery and in turn was invited to bring the watch back to them. For my moms birthday back in February, I figured I’d get her something special. I contacted D’ore Jewelry by email and asked if they could put my name and my sisters name on a necklace. Nina got back to me and said they were able to do that. Nina was very helpful. So I went down to the store the next day I believe I don’t remember when and asked about pricing. They showed me samples and it was reasonably priced. I got to pick it up in time for my moms birthday. And then a few months later my mom said the chain broke, so I contacted them and they said I can bring it down to get repaired. Now I don’t remember if they charged me to repair it. If they did it was reasonable. But they helped me so much. And I highly recommend them. Thank you...
