This pharmacy is the worst to work with. Expect long lines and attitudes while there. I recently moved to the area and on the few occasions that I have been there has been a terrible experience. I had to wait for 10 minutes because one of the technicians couldn't log into her account. I recently put in a script and ran into an insurance issue. I went through the entire "song and dance" with insurance, my provider, and CVS Caremark and was told that everything was ready for refill. I called the Pharmacy and left a message to confirm, they called me back and I spoke to the pharmacists, Sarah or Sara, is completely rude. No "hello" or anything, just direct and rather rude. I told Sara that I was approved, and she abruptly cut me off and asked me for my date of birth, I provided, and then she immediately went off the line and there was hold music. After a couple of minutes she came back on and told me the same thing in a rude way. I told her she was being rude and she continued to argue with me about it. I asked for her name and position, she then became confrontational, provided it, then hung up. So this is how CVS does business? I will be filing a formal complaint with CVS. Have, on numerous occasions given the wrong quantity of pills and refused to remedy, instead implicating that the patient is lying.
