This meat market has the best homemade sausage. The hot and sweet have great texture and flavor. Wonderful selection of flavored sausage- the Chinese bbq spare ribs is phenomenal!

The pork chops are cut to the perfect thickness - all it needed was salt and pepper on the grill and roughly 6 minutes a side and so juicy- not dried at all.

Can’t wait to try their sates next time.

So worth the trip from Remsenberg! I stock up and even when I freeze the sausage, it is terrific. I wish I lived closier.

I have been coming here since they opened and have always enjoyed the down to earth, welcoming nature the employees and owner exhibit. The selection is outstanding with a few niche rarities thrown in (teres major, prime pork chops, multitude of cuts in homemade marinades) that are not easy to come across. The sausage selection is absolutely outstanding from bourbon, bacon, horseradish to venison Merguez there's always something exciting being made. I don't go anywhere else because they've got it all.
