Wow and Wow, Renee’s has blown our minds with the amount of service and attention given to us to furnish and decorate. I have never had such an amazing experience and my wife has never been so receptive to the ideas presented. Debbie did not pressure or rush us, she is an expert at finding what fits in the space and listens to the preferences of the customer….thank you. She is extraordinarily gifted and I can understand some of the posts that were less than 5 stars….you just don’t get her!! Debbie and Bill have quite the oasis there, I had been to your store a number of times over the years and purchased some clothing and small items of furniture….however, after our house was flooded last year we decided to “treat” ourselves to a professional designer and we are so grateful! Renee’s of Mattituck is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, and that’s all thanks to Debbie, the owner. She is truly one of the kindest, most patient, and most helpful people I’ve ever met. Debbie takes her time with you, listens to what you’re looking for, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. my wife has in the past frequented your store and suggested I should look for no help. I feal your store discriminated against the elderly. Your sails associate felt it was more important to talk on the Cel phone. We did purchase a spit with a price tag of $590.00. I predict since the owner of the store does ant care about service they will be out of business in 2 years or less. My family will not shop here again.
