I love to support small business and went to give this one a shot even though I knew it was recently sold to new owners. Prior owners were terrific. Anyway, new owners need to learn to become more organized, get back to customers, and listen to what they say. They had no problem taking my money for a design fee but never helped beyond that. I would assume the $75 they took is pennies compared to the order I wanted to place. I even stopped into store front after several emails and phone calls.
