Bought about $2400 worth of windows. Had the exact size confirmed and even documented in an email. When my windows arrived a whole 3/4ths of an inch SHORTER than I was told they'd be, Stacy said "there is nothing we can do for you, but we can try to sell them in store for you at a discounted defect price" WHAT?? Brand new windows didn't even have a chance to be correct. Manager didn't blink twice. This was a couple of years ago but these people still work there and I never reviewed back then. Continue to have issues with this Clayton Home ! Doors on the 2 bedrooms will not stay shut ! The striping on the walls must be just glued on,as they lift very easily ! Had to glue it to the wall ! Finishing around the mirrors is not good ! I have Ben very patient waiting for a work crew to come and do work on windows , still waiting ! Brand new Clayton Home and the door bell doesn’t work ! I believe I paid to much money and every time a new problem ! I believe they are waiting for the warranty to end !! I have never seen such shoddy...

Don’t waste your time driving here on a Saturday as they will be closed even thought it says they are open online. Don’t know when they think people do projects on their houses. I do mine on Saturday and Sunday when this place is closed. Classic poorly run ADK business....
