VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Will NOT EVER BUY from here again. They took my order over the phone. Money was taken out NO package sent. Called I was told it was deleted from system for some reason!! But strange money was taken out! So they said they would send it out now! Well I get an call and they were mailing package out. I get e-mail to track package it said label was made out but not registered yet. I called left message they were sending it to me in Michigan when the specific address .i asked them to send to was in Penn. UGH! So upset I called plus sent another e-mail Saying no send it to Penn. address. Then I call them they said they are working on it now. Get a call back that it was being sent to my address in Michigan! So angry and upset now I have to send it pay shipping twice plus it may not get there in time for my granddaughters Christmas Advent Calendar gifts. Now we have to try and explain this to a 6 year old little girl why she didn’t get the stuff that was to be sent out from Queen’s Treasure which is located in Penn. on time! Read moreI had back-ordered the butter and eggs for my old-fashioned dollhouse kitchen, which is already well-stocked with beautifully crafted, charmingly realistic The Queen's Treasures stove, sink and icebox and assorted food items like vegetables, fruits and pastries. Delivery was expected in late May or early June - and then, COVID-19 hit the world. The last thing on my mind was "When am I going to get my dollhouse butter and eggs?" But The Queen's Treasures had not forgotten me or my order! First, I got a very gracious email apologizing for the shipping delay due to the worldwide emergency. I replied that I completely understood and it was far more important that everyone working at this wonderful company remain safe and healthy than that I get some pretend butter for my dollhouse. I received an still more gracious email that very same night from one of the company's founders, thanking me for my patience and understanding. And in July, there it was in my mailbox - the parcel containing the long-awaited butter and eggs! And they are just as adorable as they look in the pictures. As soon as you make it a fight you lost.
Do youselves a favor and just meet customers expectations even when they are potentially a bit out of line. And don't try to fight your customers, even if you KNOW you're correct.
Oh, and if you don't think a pigment can change color in the course of a year you need to do a little more product research.
Update after owner's response: I can't believe they still don't get it. If you're the owner try taking some ownership instead of placing blame. That is how you earn the respect of your customers, not by shaming people and trying to fault someone for holding you accountable by any available means, including law enforcement when applicable.
