My fiancé and I went to Ashley looking for some new furniture as we just bought our first home and were looking for a living room set and kitchen table. John was AMAZING through the entire process. I can be a bit picky and indecisive but he stuck it out with me!! John is definitely going to be my go to guy when we go back. The furniture quality is great and surpassed our expectations!! The couch is so comfortable and fits perfectly in our living room. Our kitchen table is absolutely beautiful, we now get to have family dinners together. DELIVERY REVIEW: We did ask during our in-store purchase process that the delivery drivers wear protective booties over there shoes as we just spent a lot of money having our hardwood floors sanded and repolished prior to moving anything into our new home. The delivery guys hardly spoke English and didn’t understand what we were asking about with the shoe covers but eventually said they didn’t have anything to wear on their shoes. They also continually drug boxes and parts of the furniture across the floors leaving several significantly large deep scratches in our brand new refinished hardwood floors. Aside from those few incidents they were very punctual and arrived earlier than our appointment time and did a great job putting everything together and getting it setup. OVERALL: I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience with Ashley. They have definitely redeemed themselves from my previous not so good experience. Read moreMy mother is moving into a new home, and we were looking to purchase new furniture for each room. This is overwhelming for anyone, and we were apprehensive about taking on the task. After talking with many friends and family, we heard so many great things about Ashley that we set the date to go shopping. From the moment we walked into the store, Shanon Ford was a brilliant guide. She asked what we were looking for and all our concerns, and off we went! My Mom spends most of her time in her recliner, so we started there. Shanon listened to what she wanted and helped pick out my mom’s favorite thing, her new recliner! This kindness set the tone for the whole appointment. The day started with an uneasy feeling and ended with the biggest smile on her face and a new sense of excitement for her new home. I can’t say enough about Shanon's impact on our experience. She thought of things that I hadn’t considered that will make my mom’s world easier and more accessible, and I will be forever grateful. She was patient and kind, and we never felt rushed. Shanon helped us make an overwhelming task easy, and I can't thank her enough. Read moreI worked with Brendan who is apparently a senior sales member. After the sale was completed I was told Brendan would call me back to verify specific delivery instructions. I had to follow up two times over the next 3 days as I never received a call back. Eventually on my second call I asked for Brendan and or James whose I was told was a district manager. I was told they were not available and on the floor helping other customers… I left my name and number. Almost an hour later, no call back. I called again, again told both Brendan and James were with other customers. I politely explained to the person on the phone that I was also a customer that purchased almost $6000 worth of furniture two days ago and I deserved as much attention and respect as a current customer on your sales floor and I was calling because I never got any confirmation about my delivery finally a logistical manager named Shalee got on the phone. I explained to her what was going on and she eventually confirmed that my delivery date would be on March 1. I mentioned to her that I felt it was really bad business practice for your sales representatives at the end of a transaction to drop the ball and not follow through with a paying customer. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The logistical manager advised that Brendan would call me back anyway and I told her tell him don’t waste his time as he had already...
