Employees were very helpful and friendly. Run much better than Home Depot. They make it way easier for contractors like me to submit paperwork than Home Depot (who makes you jump through hoops). Associates are empowered to help you. Where is Home Depot makes contractors only go through corporate. It took me 10 minutes at Lowes to submit a tax exempt form. Home Depot? I was on hold for 2 (yes 2) hours and finally gave up. Talked to assistant manager who point blank told me there was nothing she could do because she also would have to be on hold just as long. I don’t have enough room to tell of my unimaginable existence with this location, and Lowe’s over all. All I will say is the people including management will lie directly to your face. If you can’t take it with you at time of purchase, good luck. I will never buy anything from this location ever, that needs to be delivered...
