Every time you go to taco bell, itās going to be a good day. Like every other day, today i went to taco bell. I saw the free doritos locos taco offer was today which made my eyes light up. i ordered my free taco, a burrito, and a $1 happy hour drink (all for 3.49, great deal) at the drive thru . i was with two other taco bellers in the car, thus making three separate transactions in one car. We all ordered our free tacos and a burrito. After i payed my $3 order i sat anticipating receiving my tacos. The lovely lady working the drive thru hands me my bag and we quickly drove off because of the long line. upon further inspection to my bag after we had left the beauty of taco bell, i discovered my order was wrong. however, i was not upset because everything at taco bell is good. today, my $3 got me 4 tacos and two burritos. man o man i needed this today. the taco bell gods knew iād never forget this. i do feel awefull for the order mix up though. i hope the people behind me ended up getting their six items i stole. i thought of turning back and telling the taco bell worker how sorry i was for taking the wrong order. However, with our current situation with corona and the fact that i know they couldnāt give another customer an order handled by another car, i decided not to. the drive thru line was very long so i didnāt want them to think they needed to get me my food. so, i made the decision to go home. i donāt know if it would have been easier to confront taco bell, but i did what i did, and i will have to live with that. i am not in any way mad or upset with taco bell, i simply couldnāt be. i will take this as a blessing and thank the taco bell gods for...

All Taco Bellās are not created equal. And not all tacos are created equally by all Taco Bellās. The tacos they make here are very consistent, with fresh lettuce and each shell full to the brim. This is more than could be said of other locations. I have had wilted lettuce haphazardly tossed in soggy half filled flat shells before. Not so here. They also have a kiosk at this location where you can electronically place your order. I donāt necessarily agree with this because takes away an opportunity for you to interact with the wonderful staff. But maybe you find your self in a particularly awkward situation, for example a bad hair day or an extreme case of halitosis, which would behoove you to maintain a respectable distance from other people. Because you know, you would not want those nice workers to judge you or criticize you behind your back for something that may or may not be your fault. Like maybe you just forgot to buy tooth paste. Or you had a sleep over at your best friendās house and left your tooth brush there by accident. In any case you also would not want to ruin the day of a nice Taco Bell worker. They (I would not want to assume a pro noun here) are providing a wonderful service, and should be rewarded for it,...

When I went inside and the got the order it was wrong.. so when I simply walked up to the counter and asked for them to fix it. The āmanagerā Bianca walked up to me and was willing to help. Once I mentioned the what was wrong on the order, she tried to say I didnāt place it correctly, so to make sure next timeā¦.. She refused to fix it unless she charged my card again⦠told me to call a āTaco Bell supportā numberā¦I then listened to her as she continued to not help me and called the number. The number claimed they were closed⦠So when I walked back in asking to simply just help fix the food due to it needing a simple fix, she was quick to continue to refuse to help me unless she charged my card again because she couldnāt give the food away for āfreeā
