Terrible, my IPhone SE screen was cracked everything else worked fine but I didn’t want it to crack more or chance cutting myself on the cracked screen so I brought it down a month ago almost and they fixed the screen but during such must’ve messed up my phone because a couple days after I got it back it was glitching (which it did NOT do before even while the screen was cracked) it would type all over, scroll all over, close apps by itself, open apps by itself, highlight, just all out glitching without even needing my finger on the screen at times and even noticed a white line down the middle of my screen that wasn’t there when my screen was cracked but was there after the fact. So I bring it down again and tell them about it all and waited for repairs they said they replaced the screen and another part they replaced but didn’t name off said it had something to do with the touch sensitivity and added a screen protector cover, got it back and just like before a couple days after it started glitching again but even worse to the point where I almost couldn’t use the phone due to how bad the glitching was.. so I brought it down again last Friday and told them about it and how I came in before for the same thing and So they said they’d fix it now I’ve got it and within 1-2 days it’s starting to glitch like last time and now to add my top speaker doesn’t work at all, my power button doesn’t work and is either stuck down constantly saying “slide to power off” or turning off and on and my screen isn’t even sat into my phone the edges are lifted on 3 corners and the middle/top of the screen clicks when given little pressure like they didn’t put it back together right and now are trying to say it’s water damaged when I’ve NEVER had this phone near water I even wrap it in a cloth whenever I’m not using it and the only moisture it may see is if the phone is cold and my hand hand is warm causing it to fog up a bit. So now I’ve been told that the phone has water damage(it’s never seen water at all other than the potential cold to warm fogging) and that I need a new phone (which is $300+) and they will no longer repair it and can only give me the 70 dollar refund when my phone never had these problems until after they repaired the cracked screen.
I’m beyond disappointed and would really appreciate if you guys could be held accountable for your actions instead of claiming water damage (when I know for a fact it’s never seen water it’s not even been in/out my pocket if it’s raining out I leave it home wrapped in a glasses cleaning cloth until I use it) and telling me to buy a new phone when I didn’t cause my phone to glitch/not work properly.
I had my phone for about a week while it was cracked this never happened until after I got the screen repaired. please get back to me on what you can do to help. I shouldn’t have to buy a new phone due to your...
Read moreI was not sure what to expect since I've never had my phone repaired before, but I'm sure my experience and service could not have been any better than it was here. After a week of my phone not being able to charge or register any type of wired connection through any type of cable, and always needing my phone for work/life constantly but running on low battery 24/7 was extremely stressful. I made an appointment online, which was simple and easy to do. Went into the store, dropped my phone off, they looked over my phone and did a couple of tests to diagnose my issue to give me an estimate on pricing and time frame of repair. It took a couple of hours to repair, so I just drove around and ran errands which made the time fly by rather quickly. I came back a little before the estimated finish time, and they had already fixed it. All I had to do was pay and I was happy with the pricing - I expected it to be more costly, but it was definitely a fair price and the cheapest option. When you enter the store, they will be working in the back on other phones, but are very quick to come to the front of the store to welcome and deal with customers. The guys were efficient, and focused. I will say the only downside is these stores are very busy, I was surprised at the amount of people coming in or needing repairs done on their phone, so be prepared for longer wait times here and there. But that can't even be considered the businesses downside, since it isn't their fault the demand for phone repairs is so high. They took care of my phone very quickly regardless of all the phones they were currently working on or had to work on that day. Without a doubt, if anything malfunctions with my phone again I'm booking an appointment here ASAP. My phone now works like brand new and charging beautifully. Would...
Read moreThis review was for a claim put in to Samsung for a screen replacement due to the manufacturer glitch covered under warranty, and no physical damage was done to the phone.
The worst customer experience I have ever had. I arrived for my 5pm appointment, was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait for my screen replacement and my phone was finally returned at 10:13pm and they returned my phone more broken than it was when I originally gave it to them - this was verifiedby a more experiencedtechnician. Here's the kicker, they actually replaced the screen around 9pm but told me I could not leave the store with my fixed phone because it wasn't passing 1 of 25 samsung diagnostic tests, and therefore, they would not be paid/reimbursed for their service. It would not pass the test for the battery even though the battery was working fine, the technician/manager told me that it was simply a glitch but because we were already after hours, Samsung customer care could not be reached. After spending hours in their highly outdated waiting room with broken furniture covered in years of neglected dusting, the manager told me I could make a call to inform my wife that i would be an additional 1-2 hours late but could not leave with my phone. I told them that I would even come back the following day to allow them to pass their tests, but they would not allow it. Instead, they spent another 90 mins disassembling the phone and putting the broken screen back on and the new screen that was removed is no longer usable for them either and must be returned causing all parties more time/money.
I took my phone to the Dewitt ubreakifix the following day and had my phone fixed in no time - check out that review as well because they were absolutely incredible! I highly suggest avoiding this location...
