I'll explain the photo i posted with this review in just a second. Because everyone was telling her about herself on Facebook she took her review section down so i will put it here because i think her customers should know what kind of person they are dealing with. Long story short, someone i know very well and have since childhood recently ordered a special brassiere from her for $70. After being extremely patient with her constantly moving the time frame back that it was supposed to be arriving she finally got her bra that she specially ordered and she ordered it with a wire underneath and the wire was uncomfortable for her she's always been large chested so she wanted to return it. She called her like 10 times to try and get ahold of her and explain she needed a return. She finally got ahold of her and she said at first that she could make the return with store credit but she couldn't special order anything. Well that was a problem becuase the reason she needed it specially ordered was becuase she didn't have the size, etc. That she needed in store. So finally she said fine I'll give you your money back. Like what? Really? Okay... So she returned it in store and she was unbelievably rude to my friend even IGNORING her when she would talk to her. And that's not even what's upsetting. When she left a review on her Facebook SHE DENIED EVER HAVING RECORD OF HER BEING IN HER VICTOR LOCATION and pretended like the whole thing NEVER happened. That is toxic and scary that someone leaves a review because they genuinely had a bad experience and she LIES right to her face saying "oh you must be confused, i have no record of you ever being here." That's disgusting and a horrible business practice. If you can't give good customer service and right your wrongs you can't grow as a business. Hope she gets the...

If you've ever cried after trying to buy bras, this shop is for you. I had sworn off buying bras in-store and resorted to exclusively buying bras online after I started using UK bra sizing 15 years ago (try a 30G instead of a 34DD and you'll realize you don't have back problems!). Recently, I was considering buying more UK sized bras from the Panache website but wasn't sure which size/style would be best due to some recent size changes, and longed for an in-person bra shop. I check the supplier list for Panache, fully expecting to see NYC as my closes store. I was shocked to see a store in Victor NY (Every Body Bras)! I was hesitant to go having being burned by so many bra experiences in the past - just because they have some Panache, doesn't mean they necessarily order the sizes that make fewer sales (such as, smaller bands/larger cups). But I decided to give it a chance in the hopes of being able to try a bra on before buying it. I was overjoyed when I arrived and they DID have my sizes in Panache, and in several other new-to-me brands! Destiny took my walk-in impromptu bra session and hustled grabbing me dozens of bras in different sizes and styles to try (it's hard to find a good fit for me!). In the end, we found 2 bras that were flattering and a great fit. I'm hoping this shop continues to order small band/large bust bras! It's life changing for the people who need these bra sizes and styles. Switching to using UK sized bras (instead of the "plus 4 sizing method" most other bra shops use in order to stuff as many people in as few sizes as possible to make more sales) improved my body image, confidence, and self esteem so much. I am so overjoyed to have discovered Every Body Bras and will be watching for more stock to come in the coming...

Let me start by saying I had one of the best experiences EVER today. My usual lingerie place in England closed down much to my horror. So since that episode I have been on the lookout for an alternative.

After some Sherlock Holmes’s style investigation I stumbled upon Every Body Bras & Intimates. The reviews for this place blew me away so I called to see if I needed a booking and they managed to get me a slot on the same day!

When I stepped into the store I was warmly greeted by Rebecca whom I had spoken to on the phone and recognised me when she heard my British accent and remembered my name! Now that’s a first for me.

I was pleasantly surprised with how beautifully the shop was laid out and not cluttered in the slightest. Very classy indeed.

I was seen to promptly and the service I received by Destiny made me forget my whole experience back home. Destiny was absolutely fantastic. A very knowledgeable and patient young lady. After several attempts Destiny was successful in finding me what I was looking for.

If anyone is reading this review and considering a visit then don’t delay. I can pretty much guarantee you won’t be disappointed. That’s with impeccable personal service with a smile and to top it off a wide range that caters for all sizes and shapes.
