I drive for a ridesharing company. When I arrived at this location I was notified they were out of strawberries for the customers shake. I notified the customer w no response. I suggested to the manager that maybe they just give the customer a Diet Coke (they’d ordered one already) since it’s cheaper (by like $2). I was shocked when the manager gave me a bad attitude and said “lol no I’m not doing that, I’ll make a different shake but not that”. I asked why (I thought nicely) and he mumbled “jerk” and some other rude things. I asked for HR number w no response. I’m not sure why I was meeted w such attitude. This manager needs to be talked to or even fired. I’m so shocked when I see ppl like this and they seem to not get reprimanded and they’re in charge...
