I've never seen such a nasty Chipotle, in many states I've lived in or visited. I really wish we'd just walked out.
Disgustingly dirty, every table, even though the place was empty and not that busy, overflowing trash, overflowed ice, all 4 drink containers empty, just awful.
There was nowhere clean we could sit. My son is disabled, making the higher stools a problem, but they were the cleanest place to sit, although not one table was cleaned the entire 30 minutes we were there.
They gave my 10 year old an adult quesadilla without asking. When I asked why I paid 9.90 for a kids meal they just argued that it was an adult size one. We ordered chips and queso, and got chips that weren't on the bill with no queso, with 2 food items on the bill we didn't order.
The adult quesadilla isn't on the menu, it's a online only item. No one asked what kind we wanted. It was their mistake, and they owe me a refund.
The gave us guacamole we didn't order and refused to remove the charge and just handed me the queso we ordered but didn't get.
I got the impression the children working there can't make a refund, I assume don't know how or aren't authorized. But they absolutely do NOT care about customer service, they just defend their screw ups.
HORRIBLE customer service. Charging extra because you can't your job makes you extremely unethical and the bait and switch with the kids meal quesadilla is illegal. Learn to make a refund when YOU overcharge someone illegally.
Avoid this location, from reading the reviews the management here has a permanent problem and should be replaced. As sorry as it is, I highly suspect the kitchen MUST be disgusting too.

Read moreI ordered takeout tonight from the Victor Chipotle and had an unacceptable experience from start to finish.
The store was filthy — no napkins, straw wrappers everywhere, garbage all over the floor and tables, and overflowing trash cans. Photos are attached.
My pickup was scheduled for 7:30 but wasn’t ready until almost 7:45. When I got home, I realized one of the bowls was made wrong — white rice instead of brown — and the person eating it can’t handle white rice well.
I also ordered a side of chimichurri (the entire reason I went there was to try the new sauce), and it wasn’t in the bag. My side of guacamole was missing as well. On top of that, the chicken on my bowl was burnt or cooked with something that was, and it tasted terrible.
To sum it up: the restaurant was a mess, my food was late, items I paid for were missing, and part of my order was made incorrectly.
I frequent the Victor location. The store being filthy is pretty common unfortunately. A lot of times they are running out of supplies. However tonight when I went in they were busy but even when they had down time at the main counter they stood and chit chatted well the to go was down and behind. Very frustrating to watch and have this happen. I don’t blame the works to much I have to imagine with how this location looks they are constantly understaffed. However I still expect my food to be made correctly. I’ll just go to the Canandaigua...
Read moreI love Chipotle, but the Victor location isn’t quite up to snuff, especially around lunch time. I’ve gone for both lunch and dinner and the dinner staff are always more polite and give better service. Anytime I try to go at lunch time the staff is always rushed and somewhat off putting. I usually arrive at the end of the lunch rush (and there’s no one behind me in line) and I’m rushed through like I’m more of a nuisance than a paying customer. I get it, I used to work in fast food and I know you’re get tired and spent and maybe you’ve had an awful day but that doesn’t give you an excuse to not listen to the customer. When they asked what salsa I wanted they had already put a whole scoop of it on before I could even get the words “but only a half scoop” out. They’re also skimpy on guac and sour cream, giving maybe half of what you get at other locations, which is not cool if I’m paying two bucks for it!! I don’t mind paying two bucks for guac when it’s the normal porition but when it’s barely half a scoop?!? Again, this is really only during the day. The night crew are always kind and give normal portions.... and this isn’t just one bad experience, it’s been multiple times over the course of a few months. I guess I’ll find somewhere else to eat lunch...
