Used to go here all the time because it was the only vape shop in my area. Now it's just become crazy expensive. 2 stars because the workers are always friendly, but that's the only good thing about this shop. Bought a few devices there that broke within weeks (510 battery for cartridges, stopped charging/working after 2 uses) (50 dollar box mode which battery compartment broke after 2 weeks, rendering device uses less). So they are selling cheap devices at a much higher markup. 35 dollars for a 120ml of juice? 24 dollars at elab for same juice. 15 dollars online for same juice. I get there is overhead to running a business and you are in it to make money. But night and day these prices are far higher than anything local or online. Sorry to say I will no longer be a customer.
Update:nice to see an owner take charge and respond to a concerned customer. I always appreciate that about a business. Devices aren't so much an issue, they were poorly designed and you cannot be aware of every manufacturing defect. Prices are the real problem for me, and I am never the one to ask for a discount or compensation. I was a regular of your business and have been offered discounts without asking but those discounts still equate to me paying 10 dollars more than I could up the road. Read moreAs an adult and business owner i felt i needed to comment on my experience at this store. I purchased a vape device 2 weeks ago, the one owner was my sales person was helpful and kind. Well i went back after device stopped working and encountered a different saleperson. I told him of the problem he finally got up from his chair and told me that i must have dropped it. I explained to him i hadn't and that it worked fine one minute then stopped. He proceeded to tell me nothing he could do other then call his boss. I responded and told him ok do that. He never called and sat back in his chair to contunie his conversation with a friend of his and smoke there vapes. I walked out without another word spoken. I hate to be negative to any business, especially after the owner was more then kind. I would hope they mke adjustments in there hiring practices and get people that know...
Read moreDropped my vaporizer only 3 days into quitting smoking & it no longer recognized the atomizer. I was kind of freaking out. Went to Victor Vapes & the guy there took it apart & fixed it (loose coil) without charging me or making me feel like I had to buy something to justify his time.*
He could easily have convinced me I needed a whole new mod & I would have bought it. But he didn't. The fact that this happened to me once before, shows this is the philosophy of the store and not just the individual working that day. It was actually the owner who previously fixed a battery problem I had, without charging me.
