If I could give minus stars I definitely would! This is the worst dealership ever!! I bought a 2013 Dodge Durango from here I had it for 3 months a it had a major electrical problem where I lost all electric and the message on my truck it said NO BUS! I Called the dealership they told me to bring it in. I drove it to the dealership which is about 30 minutes away with no light not even break lights! It was in and out of the shop for about 5 times one time twice in one day, they couldn't find the problem from what they stated. I kept driving it there every time so they could just rest the computer systems! So I finally called Dodge Corp not that they were much of a help, but the last time I drive it up there with no lights I asked them can you get someone to tow my truck the service team stated NO you need to call dodge and ask them, really I said do u realize how unsafe this vehicle is for me to drive to your dealership with no lights? I can't even put my windows down he stated I don't know what to tell you just call dodge! So I called my attorney and told him this is the last Time I'm driving my truck here for this issue if I get into an accident on the way because again they are making me drive my truck there with no lights I want you to make sure things are taken care of. They ripped my whole truck apart and there was a wire that was not connected correctly that's what was causing the problem it only took them 6 tries! There was never any warning when my electrical system cut off. I had a bad noise in the front end kept bringing it in of course they could not find a thing imagine that! The noise got worse and I brought it again and they said I still can't find it. Well what do u know my warranty runs out and they find the noise Surprise!!! Well needles to say out of 2 years of having my Durango I drove 14 different loaner cars from them! The last time my truck was there I asked for all my paperwork so they gave it to me and then the bomb shell hits! The paper work they got in when they receive my truck from Dodge Corp, Warwick Dodge already knew that my truck had a major electrical problem so they sold me an UNSAFE vehicle . The paperwork on it when received stated NO BUS and what they did to fix it so they could sell it was to rest the computer. So I went there not only did they screw me over not yet again but they did the noise problem was never fixed in my truck so I told them to get me out of this truck ! So they made me roll over 4,000.00 into a vehicle I did not want and I had to put down another 2,500.00 . I told them I get an employee discount they never applied it. Until months after which doesn't matter I tried to tell them that if you would of done it there it would of changed everything my payment and how much I owe on the vehicle. I wanted another Durango and they refused to give me one!! Now the vehicle I have bought from them yet again I have nothing but problems with I did bring it there and told them that I thing there is something wrong with the windshield it's making noise and my goodness the brakes. And there's more They stated we can't find anything wrong! Omg that's there likely story well at 5,000 miles my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced twice! My moonroof was leaking. And my windshield makes a whistle noise now, but they always say there is nothing wrong. And how about the finance department I find out not only did he run my credit not once but to 15 different bank was that really necessary? Not like hitting my credit score ! If a bank you find gives a percentage rate at 3.9% why would you keep running someone's name! Then to told it off the bank that he used it accumulate interest everyday WOW that's great that I was informed of that as well! When I went there was not looking for a free vehicle I just wanted them to realize what they did was wrong and the they sold me a UNSAFE vehicle that if I was driving at night time and lost all my electrical system I could of been killed. But as you can see they never cared it's only about the money and making...
Read moreI have only ever purchased used vehicles. I was very excited to get into the one I recently bought at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of Warwick. The salesman was very courteous and did what he could to get me into that particular vehicle that I wanted. Ecstatic - I went late in the evening the following day to pick it up. Unbeknownst to me I apparently left that lot without my car being run through the service or detail department as the car still had dirt and sticky stuff in the cup holders and along the shifter. A smell came through the vents as I was leaving - I thought maybe it was just because the car hasn't actually run all that much recently. As a few days passed the smell got worse. To the point my children and mother had to shut off and exit the vehicle, feeling nauseated only 2 minutes of sitting with it parked while I ran in the bank. I called service immediately and at first they tried to play it down like I was crazy or almost wasting their time. Finally after a few minutes on the phone they had me bring it in, they gave me a rental. I thought ok so it's probably just a disconnected hose or something. NOT! They let that car leave THEIR lot with a cracked catalytic converter and exhaust manifold. If I had gotten my plates and had to take it to inspection before I noticed the odor it wouldn't have even passed. They sent it where it had to go, after a week and a half I got my car back, all was fixed and Chevy somehow had an extended warranty on that part of the vehicle, thankfully. Okay, so just a stroke of badluck, no big deal. Drive off, happy again. 2 days later my check engine light comes on. Now, mind you my light was not on prior to the first set of repairs done. Are we kidding? Call them and they basically say oh well we don't have time for it now and no rentals available for at least a week and a half. Plus you gotta bring it in for diagnostics, just bring it to Chevy but if it comes back unrelated to the work they did they will charge for the diagnostics. It got to the point where it sounded like I had a baseball card in a bicycle tire and the idle was so rough it was almost stalling out on me when I would stop. Seriously? I have actually physically had the car in my possession for maybe a total of 3 weeks at this point. I left a message for the sales manager, who never returnes my call. Now beyond aggravated and completely disgusted I drop the car off again. I meet with one of the sales managers who claims to know nothing of my vehicle. Tells me he will talk to service and figure out what is going on and blah blah blah. Get my car back and they tell me the engine light was due to low oil? I just purchased the car a month ago? So you don't top off your fluids and make sure the cars are in working order before they leave the lot? Still waiting to hear back from the sales manager who told me they were going to rectify the situation somehow because they want their customers to be happy with their purchases. I won't hold my breath. It's used, I get it I'm taking a chance but I should not have had this many problems within the first month of owning the thing!!!! I should have had at least a solid 6 months of no issues. Shame on me for believing they were a...
Read moreI purchased a used 2011 F150 Lariat Limited, on the test drive I noticed that the rear power window did not work and a power extending running board made a funny noise. I told the salesman, he said he would care of it, so we worked out a price, I left a deposit and left. Later that week I get all the financing squared away with the bank, get insurance on it and all that stuff. I spoke with my salesman a few times during this process to see if everything was fixed and just questions about the truck. He told me parts where ordered and it would be ready Friday. My plan was the pick it up Saturday, so I call him on Friday tell him I put the insurance on for tomorrow and would be in. At this point he informs me that they will NOT be fixing the running board due to the cost. I am upset and concerned that the running board would crap out and be useless in the near future, so he says he will talk to the manager again. They still say no. You would think when you buy a $30,000 truck everything would work, but I guess not. I still buy the truck, take it home the next day and the brakes are constantly squealing and the truck pulls hard right. I contact the service department (they had done front pads and rotors when it first came into the dealership) and they tell me to bring it in. Not wanting to take a 45 min drive both ways, I decide to pop the wheel off my self and have a look (I am the manager of a body shop, and have worked on cars for many years) I find that the right pad is cocked and has burned it self into the rotor. I call them back to tell them this and they tell me they are not a Ford dealer and don't have Ford techs. Are you serious?!? I don't care what dealer you are, your techs can't do a brake job on an F150? So I bring it in that night and I talk to the sales manager (service had already left for the night), I tell him who I am and that I'm dropping it off for service. He immediately apologizes and says that the tech did not put an brake molly on the slides (which then made me think, and he was correct I did not see any when I took it apart. But also made me think is this a common problem they have?) I remind him about the alignment and he assured me it will all be taken care of. Next day I get a call that they replace the pads and rotor, test drove it and said it didn't pull any more. So after work I pick up my truck. On the way home it pulls and I notice the left side is squeaking now... Next day I call and tell them, they tell me they can't look at it for 2 weeks, so I drove around squeaking for 2 weeks. Brought it in, the called me and told me they "fixed it", so I picked it back up. They tell me they re-aligned it and cleaned and lubricated the slides. I dont get 1 mile from the dealership and it still pulls and squeaks... At this point I give up with their incompetent service department and I guess I'm on my own to fix it, so thank you Warwick Dodge for my $30,000...
