The bagel and spread was average, not the best but not the worst either. The one thing that would keep me from coming back is the extremely long wait for your order to be taken, especially when there was only two people in front of me and the exceedingly long wait for my order, after it was placed and the two people originally ahead of me were already gone. It seems as though there’s too many “chiefs” and definitely not enough “Indians”. They need one boss and each girl needs to have one job assigned to them. They’re all over the place, forgetting about orders and not completing orders quickly or properly. We used to go to this bagel store every Sunday morning. It was the best while everyone was raving about C&Ds; we were just loving and enjoying our less crowded and more fresh and made-to-perfection bagels at Bagel Time. Now we go in there and the ladies are always so rude to each other; it seems like such a toxic work environment, and now the bagels are just blah. They are just put together now, whereas before it seemed like they were made with love, lol. We always used to see the owner there, and everything was great. I will not set foot back in this establishment again.... The young lady with dirty blond hair in an overcoat decided she was going to have an attitude and accuse me of having an attitude while purchasing a bagel and a cup of coffee... I made a recommendation to the young lady at the register about posting a sign that said cash only on the door... I don't carry cash so I was inconvenienced that I had to go back out to my car to get money... The young lady at the cash regs was not the one that told me that I should not have an attitude...
