Leaf & Ladle — Local services in Town of Warwick

Writing this review while visiting Leaf & Ladle. Beautiful & new little spot to sit for a little while. I didn’t get any food for this quick stop, but I did get a Strawberry Banana smoothie, what they call “The Basic” with almond milk (no extra charge for different milk). While slightly pricy at $7 before tax and tip ($9.20 after 20% & tax), the smoothie tasted fresh and was exactly as expected for a basic smoothie.

What was most pleasant was the staff, I was greeted with smiles upon entering. No matter if someone was ordering there, picking up, or grabbing a DoorDash order, each person was greeted with a smile and an “enjoy” as they were handed their orders. Thanks to Jenna, Maddie, Shay for an awesome customer experience and fostering a welcoming environment for a new customer.

The atmosphere of this place is also very welcoming. The tables, chairs, wall decor, and potted plants make this place perfect to take a few minutes to sit and enjoy your order.

Overall, while the smoothie was a bit pricier than I would have liked to spend, the atmosphere and service certainly make up for the price. I will have to return sometime soon to try the salad bowls. I’m looking forward to visiting again! Great...

I’m leaving this review in the hopes that the owners take this as constructive criticism rather than a nasty review.

I was really excited about this place, but I am so disappointed with the quality of the salad. As others have said, the chicken is just not it. It’s incredibly chewy and undercooked, not real grilled chicken. The ceasar dressing is watery and if taken to-go, not nearly enough to dress the whole salad.

This place is so cute and has such good potential but dearly needs a revamping in quality, especially given how much they are charging. This just...

I was excited to try this new place however the chicken pieces were very undercooked. When I called to let them know as to not potentially make other customers sick, as well as to see what could be done I was told that’s how it came from the vendor.

I was very disappointed and had high hopes. 2 stars for service as when I was in there the staff were very pleasant. When I called, I was just told that’s how it comes. $20 salad with undercooked chicken pieces….
