They're absolutely the worst ordered a few parts a few weeks ago told me originally 10-15 days. Calling ahead for my parts telling me it can be anywhere from 2 to 3 months cuz you're so backed up. So I go in for a refund guiding service smacks to one of the parts on the front desk and gives me a partial refund for the rest of the order. At this point I was really upset that I could have done in service for the first part first and then came back for the rest. Disappointed I wasn't going to come in for two separate service appointments when all they had to do was be honest and say they did not have a time frame to have all the work done to the vehicle done in a timely manner.
