Taco Bell — Restaurant in City of Middletown

always my go to taco bell. food is almost always super fresh and tasty. however today was not the case, causing my 5 star to drop down to a 4. 2/3 of my order was correct and delicious, though its not hard to mess up a cheesy roll up and fiesta potatoes. i dont eat meat, so i substitute the meats in the tacos or burritos with potatoes (its really good you should try it!) today my grilled cheese burrito with potato substitution was incorrect, they gave me chicken instead of the potatoes so i had to throw away the burrito. truly disappointed in the waste of money, but more so in the fact that its not hard to tell the difference between chicken...

My family and I were looking for a late night snack and around the corner we noticed a taco bell. We pulled up to the drive through to get stuck behind a friend of a drive thru worker who sat there and gossiped for 15 minutes while us and three other cars waited. Just so we can get to the window and the employee stat sorry we are closed. They had their friend wait and hold up the line until exactly 8 so we roll up and get told to leave. Very disappointed with the childish act. Us and the three cars behind us were in disbelief. Terrible customer service, we will definitely tell people to avoid this...

I love taco bell, and I've left many reviews from many different ones. Still giving it 5 stars because I love TB. The only thing about this one is there's this one guy there who insisted my Samsung Pay wouldn't work and refused to let me pay with it, even though I didn't have my card or cash on me. He scoffed at me and said "I've been here for years! That won't work here" and then WALKED OFF. Then a younger kid took my phone, I told him what to do and TADA my meal was payed for. I thank all essential workers for what they do, and yes fast food is essential...but bro, please be nicer....
