Farmers Deli & Grill — Restaurant in City of Middletown

The staff are super friendly and the store is very inviting. I tried the chicken over rice and it’s definitely not going to be my favorite spot to get it from but it was decent. If I can make a suggestion to them, they need a bit more flavor that some other places have. I consider myself a chicken and rice connoisseur 😂. Next time I’ll have to ask for the lettuce and tomato to be put on the side since I do not like it mixed in with the chicken and rice. They have a lot of items on their menu including breakfast. They are right next to crown fried so it will definitely be some competition for both. This place however has a kids sandwich menu and chopped cheese, which I think I will try next time. They also have a lot of other specialty sandwiches on their menu and other fresh deli items. They also have a rewards program! I will definitely be back to try more...

So I gave my word that I'd give an honest review and here it is... I've been visiting this establishment for some time now, and I can honestly say the food has stayed consistent with is quality. I usually go here when I'm in the neighborhood and only for the halal plate. It's the closest to me and taste wise the closest to what I've had living out in bk. Great portion size, with subtle flavors that's not overpowering. The cold sandwiches are good as well, they don't skimp on the meats they're packed with your choice of ingredients. The service is great, the cashier has this infectious aura which is contagious and you can't help but to always want to see her when you visit😍😍. This is a new establishment and I have to say the entire place and experiences I received here is top notch. The morning crew is when I normally come to the store and they are amazing. They are very nice. Not sure of there names but both young men is AMAZING. MY GYRO WAS VERY GOOD I sent my husband here to get a sandwich before we went for his overnight shift and he truly enjoyed it. I had the privilege of meeting the owner on today very nice and his vision for this place is something middletown needs. I would recommend this place and I can't wait to work out of here as you know I am a Travel agent and I can work anywhere. FYI they are adding new stuff to there menus I can not wait.
