China 1 — Restaurant in City of Middletown

This place would get a 5 star but I was at the gym one night and wanted some wonton egg drop soup mix after I was done with my work out. I checked online and it said on Fridays the store closes at “11PM”. Around 10:15PMish I give the store about 2-3 calls to place my order so I could pick it up because I was super close, no one answered though. I then went to the store in person to just order inside but the door was closed earlier than what the time said online. Why would you have it say Friday closes at 11PM if the doors are closed before that time? You are a business, you should be able to show the customer an accurate time online! Use to be one of my favorite chinese restaurants to order from until I found a fly in my food. It is a good thing I started to eat in their parking lot before returning to work, noticed it fairly quickly after opening the container. The man handling the front end took out the particular piece of chicken and tried to give that same dish back to me (I had the sweet and sour chicken lunch meal) . I said no thank you, and asked for a refund. He gave me my refund minus the change which was fine but he had an attitude once I did not want the food back. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Fought with this chinese restaurant for 10 minutes about a free order of sweet & sour chicken because they OFFER a coupon on their menu if you spend over $50 you get either sweet & sour chicken or general tso's for free. No where on the coupon did it state party trays not included just luncheon specials not include. And that it cannot be combined with any other OFFER (I don't see a party platter as an "offer") I spent $67 on food and they refused to honor it. I'm sorry if it seems petty but that's bad business...
