Brunello Cucinelli — Local services in Town of Woodbury

My boyfriend and I love Brunello Cucinelli as a brand. However the behavior of the store rep at this location is an embarrassment. Was there on 7/4. Never experienced staff as rude and condescending as this location. There were two reps there that day. We attempted to speak to the one with longer hair. My boyfriend asked her a question regarding pricing and she replied "if it is marked then the price is marked". We could not understand what that means and asked her to further explained. She repeated the same sentence back to us over and over again to the point of screaming. We finally gave up because she was not going to tell us any other information. Upon realizing my boyfriend had a nice camera, she took a sudden turn of interest in us. You can deduce why she shifted her behavior here. I wasn't sure what to expect from a BC outlet and honestly I was surprised to begin with that there even was one. However, apart from the selection being considerably smaller and the interior being less elaborate than a standard store, the experience was fantastic.

I regretfully didn't ask for the name of the SA who helped me, but he was a gentleman in a sharp blue suit on June 1st, 2025. He greeted me, showed to me what to look for on a price tag to indicate the item is offered at an additional 30% off, and then helped me try on a several different sizes and colors of a vest that I had wanted.

It baffles me how SAs at luxury boutiques can be so condescending and apathetic. However, at least within BC stores, my experiences have all been positive, and I can say that the experience here in the outlet was no different. Shop here...
