I visited this store at around 10:00am on a Sunday. I would expect that especially on Sunday (being the busiest day for bagels) that the bagels would be fresh. Well that is not the case, apparently what they do is cook the bagels one time a day before open, so I figure those bagels are just sitting around for 5 hours or more by 10:00am. That's a shame, bagels are great when they are not hard, this is a local bagel shop. Mom amd pop if you will, I love that but expext better quality then the chain stores.
